Plain English version: I collect the details you give me so I can reply to you, and I don't sell them to anyone.

Who I am
Pitstop Digital (ABN 00 000 000 000), a sole trader based in Melbourne, Victoria. You can reach me at hello@pitstopdigital.com.au or 0400 000 000.
What I collect
- Contact form: your name, business name, email, phone number and whatever you write in the message.
- Booking: if you book a call, the booking provider (Cal.com or Calendly) collects your name, email and chosen time.
- Voice demo: if you use the "Talk to my AI receptionist" demo, your microphone audio is sent to Vapi, the service that runs the assistant, so it can hear and reply to you. The call is transcribed, and the assistant tells you at the start that the call may be recorded. Don't give the demo any information you wouldn't want stored.
What I don't do
- I don't sell or rent your details to anyone.
- I don't run advertising trackers or third-party analytics that follow you around the internet.
- I don't collect payment details through this website.
Why I collect it
To reply to your enquiry, quote on work, and run the services you've asked me to run. That's it.
Who else can see it
A few services I use to run the site do handle your information on my behalf:
- Web3Forms — delivers contact form submissions to my inbox.
- Vapi — runs the AI voice demo and any AI receptionist I set up.
- Cal.com or Calendly — handles call bookings.
- Cloudflare — hosts this website.
Each of these has its own privacy policy, and some store data outside Australia.
How long I keep it
Enquiries stay in my email. If you'd like yours deleted, email me and I'll delete it — no need to explain why.
Cookies
This site doesn't set advertising or tracking cookies. Embedded booking calendars may set their own cookies when you interact with them.
Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Principles you can ask what personal information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email me and I'll sort it out. If you're unhappy with how I've handled your information, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes
If this policy changes I'll update the date at the top.
This is a solid starting point written for a small Australian sole trader, but it isn't legal advice. Fill in your real ABN and contact details, confirm the list of services matches what you actually use, and if you take payments or handle health information, get someone qualified to look it over.
